Our plastic options include PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) materials for tax-friendly exports to Europe and biodegradable PLA from corn fiber, both minimizing waste while maintaining durability. For paper products, we use FSC-certified cardstock—like 157g art paper and 210g white card—sourced from responsibly managed forests. Our metal pans, crafted from aluminum and stainless steel, are recyclable, ensuring a circular lifecycle that supports greener beauty packaging.

Efficient Production

Sustainability drives our manufacturing process. Equipped with 25 Haitian injection molding machines and 25 punching machines, our workshops leverage automation to optimize energy use, reducing consumption without compromising quality. Advanced cleaning techniques, like high-temperature baking for metal pans, eliminate impurities efficiently, while our streamlined assembly lines—featuring UV printing and hot stamping—minimize waste. From plastic injection to cardboard die-cutting, we craft with precision to lower our carbon footprint.
