Our 4,000-square-meter factory in Jindong District, Jinhua, employs 120 workers and features 25 Haitian injection molding machines with robotic arms.

Automation

Automatic assembly, hot stamping, screen printing, UV printing, and LED UV lines ensure precision and efficiency.

Certified by ISO 9001, FSC, SEDEX 4P, and ROHS, we source premium raw materials and maintain strict quality controls.

Lead Time

Standard production takes 30 days post-sample confirmation, with expedited options available upon request.

Materials:

Stainless Iron Selection: Thickness ranges from 0.25mm to 0.40mm, chosen based on shape to enhance durability and elevate your brand's high-end image, improving customer experience.
Rust Prevention: Years of industry experience have led us to select materials that do not rust. Some cheaper alternatives may appear similar during production but develop rust over time, negatively impacting customer satisfaction.
